Drumsticks are such a crowd-pleaser. There’s nothing like chomping into a juicy, tender, crispy drumstick. Fried, oven roasted, grilled…you name it, I love it. I especially love these pasture-raised drumsticks because they’re leaner than conventional chicken and so the skin isn’t nearly as fatty. So I feel better about deep-frying them.
