Turkey eggs are a treat in our house. I find that they taste just like chicken eggs, but a little bit richer in the flavor of the yolk, and definitely much bigger!
Turkeys don’t lay eggs as frequently as chickens, and only for part of the year, so these are in limited supply! We’ll update the inventory every Tuesday, so don’t worry if you see that we’re sold out—check in again next Tuesday and we may have restocked!
Our eggs come from heritage mix turkeys who are raised outside on pasture, just like all of our animals. They’re so free range that we can’t even contain them—we often find them roosting in trees or on top of their shelter, or visiting the neighbors! Our free-range, pasture-raised turkeys yield rich, delicious eggs you can feel good about. They spend their days running, flapping, dust-bathing, and foraging in fresh pastures. Just like turkeys should.
